Located at the center point of downtown Dearborn, the program includes a mixed-use program of healthcare, multiple retail venues, office, senior living, and structured parking supporting the elements. Dearborn Town Center provides a comprehensive ambulatory diagnostic and treatment center in this three-story, 150,000-square-foot facility dedicated to the spirit of wellness and prevention. This project has been designed according to LEED standards and is seeking Silver Certification.
