Vacant since the 1970’s, the Historic Fort Shelby Hotel was redeveloped to include four distinct uses: a 204 unit Double Tree hotel, 63 residential units, an IACC Certified conference center, and commercial/retail with care taken to preserve this 1917, 10 story building with a 1927, 22 story addition.
