The renovation of the existing Culinary Arts and Student Center project utilized the existing infrastructure on campus and provided the students with a much needed academic core on campus. Traffic flow patterns were defined and acoustic and lighting conditions were improved, providing a much more open, inviting feel to the building. The renovations of 42,000 square feet increased the facility’s net assignable area by 4%.
