Welcome Missionary Baptist Church, is a recent addition/renovation project. An additional 24,000 square feet of space was added to the existing 1940’s structure, which once housed a Jewish Synagogue. The new 2-story sanctuary space seats approximately 840 persons in the lower level and balcony areas.

Phase I of the project was completed December 2001. Phase II, completed April 2002, included the renovation of the existing church, offices, a conference room, and fellowship hall. Phase III, a classroom addition to the north side of the building should begin shortly. 

This project successfully integrates the old structure with the new by utilizing similar materials and salvaging key remnants of the old building to produce a cohesive unit.
