As director of business development in the Arizona office, Kim is expanding the Hobbs+Black presence in the industry. As she interacts with clients and teammates she’s always listening for ways to help support their goals. Kim spends her days researching and prospecting to discover new projects, and particularly enjoys connecting with people and building long-lasting relationships.
