2019 Annual Hobbs+Black Chili Cook-Off

With no end in sight for the harsh Michigan winter, the Hobbs+Black Ann Arbor office held its 4th Annual Chili Cook-Off to help warm their bones.

The competition for the coveted Golden Ladle was fierce this year. An army of crockpots lined the kitchen bright and early and it wasn’t long before the aromas wafted throughout the office. The participants’/judges’ mouths were watering with anticipation at first, but then as the tasting ensued their eyes quickly followed.

At the end of the day, Jade Cain was the clear victor and will be the one to proudly display the Golden Ladle at her desk until next year. Hopefully everyone’s taste buds have enough time to recover by then!
