Evans Scholars

Spring Arbor, Mi

The existing Scholarship House, on the University of Michigan campus, was demolished to make room for the new 25,000-square-foot facility. The new house is a 52-bed student home, featuring suites shared between four students, a reception area for guests and parents, and two student study areas. Hobbs+Black Architects designed the building with features reminiscent of the larger brick or stone fraternity and sorority houses on the University of Michigan’s central campus.
