Utilizing 80 acres of previously vacant land, the new manufacturing and distribution facility provides a pre-engineered metal building for the manufacture of flexible couplings, plumbing products, and drainage solutions. Building elements were manufactured in the US to support local and national businesses.
Included in the scope of work are an open collaborative space, a cafe-style employee lunch area, a high-tech training room, an R&D application training space, and a building services pod. Additionally, the entire complex utilizes energy-efficient equipment, fixtures, and products.
