Macomb Community College
CG Building Renovations

Warren, Michigan

Macomb Community College’s Building CG is the hub for enrollment and financial aid services on Center Campus. The existing building, constructed in 1968 was outdated, uninviting, and undesigned to serve the current population at MCC. Essentially, the entire building was renovated with only the superstructure remaining. All mechanical and electrical infrastructure was replaced, spaces were reprogrammed and repurposed for current student needs. A new exterior canopy was added to create a “front door” for the prominent building facing Garfield Road.
