The Mall at Green Hills
The Mall at Green Hills was purchased by the Taubman Corporation in 2012 with the intention to revamp the center into a higher performing asset. Hobbs+Black compiled a team to evaluate and work through the complexity of a the multi-year expansion and renovation of the property. Situated in an affluent quickly growing area, the center is landlocked with limited parking availability. The project was divided into a series of phases to allow for the center to remain open during construction.
