University of Michigan Health is expanding the reach of outpatient care across Southeast Michigan with a significant development in Oakland County, MI. The Troy Center for Specialty Care is located on 7 acres of a 28-acre PUD development, which also includes commercial and residential development on Big Beaver Road in Troy. The building houses an Ambulatory Surgery Center (6 OR Program), Musculoskeletal (MSK)/Sports Medicine, Radiation Oncology, Cancer Infusion, Pharmacy & M-Labs, Center for Reproductive Medicine

The building is 4 stories, largely designed with masonry and glass facades and advanced mechanical/electrical systems that support the sustainability initiatives of the University.
