Towers on Grand Apartments
Lansing, MI
Tower on Grand is a transformative 28-story high-rise development in downtown Lansing, Michigan, set to become the city’s tallest building and the largest downtown construction investment in over 35 years. Spearheaded by New Vision Lansing—a partnership between Gentilozzi Real Estate and JFK Investment—the project aims to redefine urban living with over 330,000 square feet of residential, commercial, and recreational space. Located near the State Capitol and Michigan State University, the tower will feature luxury amenities such as a 20,000-square-foot outdoor deck, fitness and wellness facilities, a penthouse sky lounge, and live-work units with riverfront balconies. It will also include retail and office space at street level and a pedestrian walkway connecting to the historic Art Deco Atrium Building.
Mayor Andy Schor and Paul Gentilozzi emphasized the project’s significance in shaping Lansing’s future, "I am incredibly excited to officially get this project underway, said Mayor Andy Schor. "We will see hundreds of new residents downtown and a new tower that will change our skyline, showing that the progress we are making to grow Lansing is working. New Vision Lansing is an incredibly important part of that future growth." With construction led by Christman Company and Hobbs+Black, the tower is expected to be completed in 27 months, with leasing beginning in early 2028. Tower on Grand represents not just a new building, but a bold vision for growth, innovation, and community in Michigan’s capital city.
