Hobbs+Black designed a new two-story 40,000-square-foot headquarters and technology center. The site faces the Lodge Freeway and Civic Center Drive, offering the owner prominent visibility as well as views of a tree-lined wetland to the northwest. The campus layout winds through the site with parking areas branching out from a common drive. The economical building has a modern, high-tech influence while balancing the context of nearby high-rise masonry buildings.
