Vic Village North is a new luxury, mixed-use high-rise in the South University district of Ann Arbor. Located adjacent to The University of Michigan central campus, Vic North is a 132,000-square-foot development on the north side of South University Street. The building includes 57 apartment units ranging from two to six bedrooms per apartment, aimed primarily at housing university students.
