Grand Rapids: “The West Side is the Best Side”
Things are happening in Grand Rapids! Our West Michigan office continues to grow, and so does the variety of work coming through the door. From healthcare and higher education to multifamily, retail, workplace, and community projects, our team is bringing Hobbs+Black’s design expertise to projects throughout the region—and having a little fun along the way. Our office was just named one of the Best Places to Work in West Michigan by Crains!

We’re Just Getting Started
What’s exciting about the Grand Rapids office isn’t just how quickly we’re growing—it’s what we’re getting to work on. Our team is contributing to projects across healthcare, higher education, workplace, multifamily, retail, and community design, while building relationships with clients and partners throughout West Michigan.
There’s a lot happening, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going. New projects, new faces, new ideas—and maybe a few more debates over who will win the chili cookoff this fall.
Grand Rapids is growing. Hobbs+Black is growing. And we’re just getting started!
